  • Assessment Session.

    1.5hrs giving you a comprehensive report on your current climbing, as well as on-the-day pointers and follow-up recomendations.

  • One-off session.

    1.5hrs to look at a specific technique or move that you’d like to work on, or for a more general coached session.

  • Block of sessions.

    A block of 4 one-to-one sessions, without an ongoing plan. The initial session will be 1.5hrs, and the remaining three are 1hr each.

  • 6 Week Plan.

    A bespoke 6 week coaching plan, with a 1.5hr one-to-one session every 3 weeks. These take place before the plan starts, at the end of week 3, and at the end of week 6. You also have constant communication via email for any queries.

  • 9 week plan.

    9 weeks of personalised coaching, with 1.5hr one-to-one sessions every 3 weeks, as well as direct communication via email. After your initial session, coaching sessions will run at the end of weeks 3, 6, and 9.

  • 12 week plan.

    Our most in-depth plan is a 12 week coaching session, tailored to you and your goals. This also gives you one-to-one sessions every 3 weeks, and email support from your coach. The 1.5hr sessions will be at the end of weeks 3, 6, 9, and 12, as well as your initial session.
